GUN RAFFLE RULES -
NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN: Entry purchasers, and anyone to whom an entry purchaser legally transfers an entry, must be either a business entity or an individual 18 years or older at the time of entry purchase. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RULES: The process of entering the Raffle constitutes acknowledgment of Raffle rules and regulations.
DRAWING DETAILS: Drawings will be held daily at 12:00 p.m. from December 11, 2025, through December 22, 2025, at Genesee County Fair Headquarters, 2188 W. Mount Morris, Mount Morris, MI 48458.
PRIZE DETAILS: All MSRPs are rounded to the nearest dollar. The winner is responsible for taxes.
NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING OF PRIZES: Winners will be notified via email or phone, where available, by the Raffle Administrator. Winners must claim their prize within 60 days after the drawing. Winners will be instructed on how to claim their prize at the time of notification by the Raffle Administrator. Any questions should be directed to the Raffle Administrator at the contact information below.
PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the Raffle, entry purchasers agree that the Genesee County Agricultural Society will not sell your personal information to any third-party entity for any purpose whatsoever unless required to provide the service that you are purchasing.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Raffle (and by the winner accepting a prize), entry purchasers release the Genesee County Agricultural Society and its respective affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, sponsors, service agencies, and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion, possession, use, and distribution of the prize(s) awarded.
