Trunk or Treat Vendor Space

Book your vendor space for the 2026 Trunk or Treat / Great Pumpkin Contest at The Agriplex!

Outdoor Space: $20 ($15 if paid before 9/30/2026)
Indoor Space: $30 ($20 if paid before 9/30/2026)
Each space is 10' x 10'

EVENT DATE & TIME:
Saturday, October 17
11AM - 2PM

You are paying for vendor space rental.
Tables and chairs are not included.

This event is free to attend for the public.

Vendor Space:
The Organizer will provide a designated vendor space. Locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of contract and payment. Vendors are responsible for providing all booth materials, including tables, chairs, displays, and equipment.

Setup and Tear Down:
• Setup must be completed by 9:00 AM, Saturday, October 17, 2026
• Vendors may arrive as early as 7:00 AM
• Tear down may begin no earlier than 3:00 PM on October 17, 2026
• All items must be removed by 5:00 PM

Fees and Payment:
• $20 ($15 ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2026) – Outdoor space (10’ x 10’)
• $30 ($20 ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2026) – Indoor space (10’ x 10’)
• Payment is due with contract.
• Payments are non-refundable after this date unless the event is canceled by the Organizer

Permits and Licenses: Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits and licenses in accordance with Michigan law and local regulations.

Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable Michigan sales tax.

Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to Vendor property. Vendors are encouraged to secure their belongings. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the event.

Insurance: Vendors are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage. Proof of insurance may be required upon request.

Compliance with Laws: Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including health and safety regulations.

Prohibited Items: The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any items deemed illegal, offensive, or inappropriate.

Cancellation: The Organizer may cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or government restrictions. In such cases, vendor fees will be refunded in full.

Termination of Agreement: The Organizer reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remove any Vendor for violation of these terms or unsafe/disruptive behavior.
