Since this is the day before the fair officially opens, limited vendors will be open and carnival rides will not be operating.
Fun Pass holders get into the grandstand arena 60 minutes before the event start time.
Events are general admission. Limited grandstand bleacher seating is available. Folding chairs are permitted in the grandstand arena.
